Before launch: insert the responsible party's registered name, physical address, information officer contact and retention periods. Obtain specialist POPIA advice for your final notice, cookie banner, marketing consent and any children's information workflows.

What we collect

We collect the details you provide when you enquire, enrol a player, buy a product, request school or coaching information, or contact us. This can include a parent or guardian’s name, contact details, player age group, programme preferences, order and delivery information, and messages you send us.

Why we use it

We use information to answer enquiries, arrange coaching, fulfil orders, provide customer support, improve our services, meet legal obligations and—where permitted or with consent—share relevant OnCourt updates. We only ask for information that is reasonably needed for the purpose.

Who may process it

We may use reputable service providers to host the site, process payments, deliver orders, manage email or analyse site performance. They may process information only as needed to provide their service and subject to appropriate safeguards. Payment information is handled by the payment provider, not stored in full by OnCourt.

Your choices and rights

Children's information

Parents or legal guardians should provide information for children. We use player details only for legitimate academy, safety, communication and coaching purposes, with extra care appropriate to young players.

This starter site uses browser storage for the shopping bag. Once analytics, advertising or third-party embeds are added, a consent-aware cookie solution must be configured before non-essential cookies are set.
